1. male, below 35 y.o., S1 in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering
2. min. 2 years experience as a Production Supervisor or 1 year as a Production Manager or any equivalent position in manufacture area
3. high initiative, strong leadership, good analytical skill problem solving ability
