Jobs Descriptions :
Prepare cost estimates based on final plans and specifications. Recommends contract packages regarding division of work to facilitate bidding & construction. Analyze bids & submit recommendations. Facilitate the negotiation of final contract provisions & amount with the contractors. Facilitates the issuance of Notice Awards and Notice to Proceed. Check all application for payment to contractor & suppliers. Check and monitors all change orders for legitimacy & fairness

Qualification :
* M/F
* Age Max 28 y.o
* Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
* 3 years in the same position
* Specific abbilities: MS Office is a must, Good command in written and spoken English, Good coordination skills, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of profesionalism and integrity, able to work independently and initiative, Proactive in resolving technical & coordinations issues, able to work under tight deadlines
