Logistic and Warehouse Coordinator (Jakarta Based)
Requirements:
* Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration or Academy of Transportation
* 2 (two) years experience in Logistic and Warehouse, preferably using SAP system
* Knowledge on QHSE is an advantage
* Trustworthy, accurate and energetic
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the day-to-day activities of Warehouse Operators who receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a warehouse
* Regularly check stock report and ensure complete and correct documentation
* Ensure that there is sufficient inventory to meet the organization’s needs by transferring products; and managing out-of-stock over-stocked products
* Control aging and damaged products and arrange for proper disposal
* Enter data into a system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information; place orders; or respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules)
* Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly based on FIFO and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently
* Monitor the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and protection of equipment and make recommendations for improvements
* Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met
* Supervise staff to ensure that all transportation and warehouse activities, and all machines and equipment operated in a safe manner
* Conduct cycle counting and lead preparation for annual stock taking
* Coordinate delivery schedules with transporters and customers
* Coordinate claims processing and shipment tracking. Manage waste and ex-used material
* Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse and logistic practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs
* Train new team members in the organization’s operating procedures and standards.
