JAPANESE CUISINE SOUS CHEF
Requirements:
* Male or Female max 32 Years Old
* Minimum 1 Year Experience as SousChef in Established Japanese Restaurantsor 4 Star Hotels in Indonesia
* Knowledge of Japanese Cuisine (Kushiyaki, Robatayaki)
* Knowledge of Western Cuisine is a plus
* Basic degree or diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent
General Requirements
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and useof Internet
* Able to work professionally under pressure conditions
* Able to read and communicate in English
* Knowledge in Managing Foodcosts
* Has the Passion for the Hospitality Service Business
* Willingness to Grow Professionally with the Company
* Willingness to do Pre-Opening and Set Up of New Restaurants
* A Team Player
