Human Resources Officer (Code: HRO)
Responsibility:
* Handling the activities of Recruitment (channeling, selection, on boarding)
* Training & Development (need analysis, organization and presentation)
Requirement:
* Bachelor Degree in Psychology from well-known university, having Professional Degree will be an advantage
* 2 -4 years of experience in the area of recruitment
* Having Competency based Interview skill and understanding psychological tools
* Strong analytical thinking
* Good communication and interpersonal skill
* High initiative, good work management/planning and organization
* Fully conversant in English
* Familiar with Ms Office
