Qualifications:
1. Male / female, max 40 years old
2. S1 degree in HR Management / Law / Psychology from reputable university
3. Min 3 years in all around HR experience as HR Supervisor in Manufacturing / Industry
4. Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and performance appraisal system
5. Able to develop human resources strategy, policies, training, organizational development, employee relations, know well government regulation and procedures.
6. Will be advantage ISO and 5S
7. Good command of communication skills, both spoken and writing in English.
8. Good Leadership skills
