Requirements:
· S1 or S2 Degree in Business Law / Corporate Law.
· Fluent both in oral and writing skills of English.
· Min. 3 years experience in providing legal advices, handling corporate matters and compliance of public company.
· Preferable have background experience in coal mining company.
