Niaga Manajemen Citra, PT is a Building Management Company, operations in Tangerang, Bogor and Bandung is looking for candidates and new coming projects as:
BUILDING MANAGER (BM)
Qualifications:
* Male, age max. 35 years old;
* Degree from university / institute (S1) majoring in Architect, Civil or Management with 2 years related experience at Maintenance / Operational Building / Office Building;
* Have a good understanding on Building Management;
* Has the ability in leadership and excellent communication;
* Costumer Service oriented and result oriented;
* Fluent in English (written & spoken) & good computer skill (Ms Office);
* Will be placed in Bandung, West Java.
