Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)/ Sales Manager (SM)
Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager is part of the sales team focusing on achieving sales targets, increasing revenue and market share for the apartment. Working closely with the lively and energetic Sales & Marketing team, you will assist in the management of marketing & corporate communications and advertising & promotional activities. You will be challenged in a fast paced yet exciting environment.
Responsibility:
* Identifies, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors.
* Assists in preparation, administration and documentation of proposals.
* Maintains existing business accounts and secures new accounts through aggressive and creative sales & marketing programmers.
* Conducts sales presentations to prospective clients.
* Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market the serviced apartment.
* Prepares monthly reports of leasing for review of plans and procedures.
* Conducts economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for the Company.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in related field (Degree in Business Administration/ Hospitality)
* Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience for Assistant Sales Manager and minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience for Sales Manager.
* Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Ability to work independently under tight dead lines
* Good team player and service oriented
* Computer literacy required
* Confident, Good organizational & people development sales, Outgoing personality.
