* Medical doctor with 5 years experience in life insurance industry especially in Group business
* Self motivated and customer oriented
* Sound problem solving, decision and analytical skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skill including negotiation skills
* Result orientation
* Able to work as a team in a challenging environment
* Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa and English
* Computer literate in MS Office
* Strong leadership including staff coaching skills
