An International four star Hotel in Medan currently needs a professional to fill in position urgently :
DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING
Requirement :
1. Male or Female, age between 30 and 45 years old, matured and creative.
2. Has degree/diploma in Hotel Management with at least 5 years experiences in leading a 4-5 star hotel
3. Is responsible for the overall coordination, management and leadership of sales activities of the business
4. Must develop and execute tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
5. Possess good networking with government, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
6. Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
7. Is highly organized and has effective time management, strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
8. Has strong negotiating skills and capacity
9. Has strong written and verbal communication skills as well has equally strong listening skills.
10. Able to work with flexible working hours
11. Fluent in English, both written and oral
