Familiar with Toyota Production System concepts
– Experience in capital equipment manufacturing environments highly preferred
– Technical, detail-oriented problem-solver
– Proven leadership and managerial skills, must have managed the Production function in a facility of at least 200 employees
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Fluent in Indonesian and familiar with the local culture
– Demonstrated team-player, able to build relationships both internally and externally
