Requirements:
Management Development Program (MDP) merupakan program yang setara dengan Management Trainee memiliki kualifikasi sebagai berikut:
– Usia maksimal 28 tahun
– Pendidikan minimal S2 dari semua jurusan dengan IPK min 3,50
– Lebih diutamakan fresh graduates atau memiliki pengalaman kerja maksimal 1 tahun
– Fasih berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
– Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik, kemampuan verbal & komunikasi yang baik
– Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik
