– Understanding and familiar with Payroll System, Recruitment & Training, Annual Administration of Personnel, Jamsostek, Labor Law, HRIS, Performance Appraisal, etc.
– Familiar with Microsoft Office
– Able to communicate in English
– Fast learner, communicative, hard worker, mature and able to work under pressure
